Elevator or Lift installation for new or existing homes
We offer total design, construction and installation of a custom elevator/lift for
your home.
- Existing Homes
- Owner requests onsite visit to discuss and choose best location for elevator
- ER provides a draft of elevator location in existing home
- Area is chosen and pricing is proposed for elevator package. We provide custom size elevators and finishes as part of our standard package
- Elevator is ordered and upon arrival, approximately 1 week for elevator to be installed.
- New Home Projects
- Home plans are reviewed for elevator location to verify the correct size area is allowed.
- Pricing is submitted including shopping list of finishes for you to choose from. You can also get a custom stain to match your décor.
- Punch list is submitted for contractor while unit is being manufactured. Upon arrival, approximately 1 week to install the elevator.
We can also provide shaft construction to homeowners without a remodeler as well as management of shaft preparation for start of the project to the finish.
Service and repair of existing elevators or lifts
For optimal performance and safety of your elevator or lift, we recommend a yearly
service agreement which includes an annual safety test, lubrication and examination
of critical moving parts.
